e=0 ,b=0 while electric field accelerates the charged particle or Proton in this case magnetic field changes its direction and since the velocity is unchanged that is proton does not change accelerator change in its direction of motion so and b is equal to zero

Hola Mate,

A proton moving with a constant velocity passes through a region of space without any change in its velocity. Since the velocity is unchanged that proton does not change , accelerator change in its direction of motion. So, E and B equal to 0.
