Let number of rows be x then number of columns is also x

Number of students left to be accommodated = 64

So, Number of students arranged = 2000 - 64

                                                        = 1936

⇒ No. of rows × No. f columns = 1936

⇒ x² = 1936

⇒ x = 44

Hence, Number of rows in which the students are arranged = 44
