Pump can fill a tank in 2 hours
part of the tank filled by the pump in one hour = 1/2

Time taken to fill the tank = 2 hours + 20 min = 2 \frac{1}{3} = \frac{7}{3} hrs

Part of the tank filled by the pump in one hour = 3/7

Part of the tank leaked = 1/2 - 3/7 = 1/14

It will empty in 14 min
