Amount of water transported in a minute= 0.5 m^3
density of water=1000 kg/m^3
weight of water transported=density*Volume=0.5*1000=500 kg
Work done=mgh=500*9.8*30=147000 N
work done with 80% effeciency= 0.8*147000=117600 N
Power=work/time=117600/60=1960 Watt

hope this helps!
