H=20m
M=2000 kg
T=15 mins-900 sec
P=w/t
=mgh/t
=2000*10*20/900
=444.4 w

Hi Bhoomika !!
We know that power is calculated as work done divided by the time taken to do the work .
Here work done = force x displacement
= Mg x h (as f= weight of the pump =Mg)
=(2000 x 10 x20) Nm
Time taken =15 min =(15x60)secs =900secs
So Power of the pump is =
(2000 x10 x20)/900 W
=444.4W
Hope that helps !
