Mass of water raised in 60 seconds = 20 kg

Mass of water raised in 1 second = \frac{20}{60} = \frac{1}{3} kg

Weight to be raised by height = 30 m

Acceleration due to gravity = 9.8 m/s^2

Power = Mass rate × gravity × height

Power = \frac{1}{3} \times 9.8 \times 30

Power = 98 Watts

Hence, the power required is 98 Watts.
