Now when u add all equations all molecules elements get cancelled since they are in equal amount on lhs and rhs after adding
Also note Aq is not in equal quantity and doesn't get cancelled and also can be written in final equation if u want cuz u get water separate and Al2Cl6 separate in anhydrous state
