Let that quadratic be :

ax² + bx + c ______ ( I )

It's one root is 6 & sum of roots is 0.

So, put x = 6 in ( I )

36a + 6b +c = 0 _________ ( Il )

& Sum of roots = -b/a

let it's other root be "p"

6 + p = -b/a

6 + p = -b/a = 0. (given)

So, b must be "0"

Hence, it's other root p = -6.......

So, required Quadratic is

(x - 6)(x + 6) = 0

x² - 36 = 0 ____________( Ans. )
