Given ,

Product of zeroes = (-3) × 4 = -12

Sum of zeroes = (-3) + 4 = 1

We know that , the quadratic equation is given by

 \large{ \green{  \sf \star \:  \: \fbox{ \fbox{  \red{  {x}^{2}  - (Sum \:  of  \: zeroes )x + (Product \:  of  \: zeroes ) = 0}}} }}

Substitute the values , we obtain

 \sf \hookrightarrow {x}^{2}  - x +  ( - 12) = 0 \\  \\  \sf \hookrightarrow {x}^{2}  - x - 12 = 0

Hence , the required eq is x² - x - 12 = 0
