Let the total no. Of group of people be 'x'.

So, given that the adults are quater of the total people the it is said to be x/4.

And then the children are 60 more than adults. So the equation is

X=x/4+60

X=x+240/4

=x+240/4-x

=60

So tbe total no. Of people are 60

And the adults are 60/4=15.

And the adults are 15 and the children are 60more than adults=60+15=75.

The total no. Of adults are 15.☺️
