What social stigma does society need to get over?

In my small and insignificant life of 21 years, I have been lucky enough to have come across a wide variety of people. I have learnt that people with a drive, an ambition and the urge to never stop working are the ones that command real respect.

Not everyone has the skills to be working at a snazzy MNC. That could be because they never had the education you did. They never had the resources you did.
