396/(2$\pi$) = radius of outer circumference

Inner Circumference = 2$\pi$r
352 = 2$\pi$r
352/(2$\pi$) = radius of inner circumference

Width of track = Outer radius - Inner Radius
                       = 63.02m - 56.02m
                       = 7m
