it can be done by the formula 
S=u*t+1/2*a*t*t   ( third equation of motion)
 
u=0 
t=10 sec
a= 4m/s

therefore, 
S=  0*10+1/2*4*10*10
  =   200m
ans: 200 m

S=UT +1/2*AT^2                  where s=distance

S= 0+2*100                                     u=initial velocity
