v=s/t
t=s/v
t=300000/3000
t=100 sec
total time=2t
=2×100
=200 sec

Distance= 300000
Speed= 3000
Time = distance/speed
Time= 300000/3000
Time= 100sec.
Time after that signal is received is
=2×100sec= 200seconds.
