In the question Given

The area of Rhombus72 square units. and the perimeter of rhombus equal 82 cm

Therefore,

side \: of \: rhombus = \frac{perimeter}{4} \\ \\ = \frac{82}{4} \\ \\ = 20.5

Now, area of rhombus = Base × Height( altitude)

⇒ 82 = 20.5 × h

h = \frac{82}{20.5} \\ \\ h = \frac{82 \times 10}{205} \\ \\ h = \frac{820 }{205} \\ \\ h = 4cm \\ \\ = 4cm

⇒ Height ( altitude) = 4 Cm

Therefore, altitude of the rhombus is 4 cm.

SOLUTION

Given,

Area of a Rhombus= 72cm^2

Perimeter= 82cm

A/q

=) Perimeter of Rhombus= 4× side(a)

=) 82= 4× a

=) a= 82/4

=) a=20.5cm

Now,

Area of Rhombus= base × Altitude

=) 72= 20.5× h

=) h= 72/20.5

=) h= 3.5cm

hope it helps ☺️
