Hello friend,
The given fractions are unlike fractions, so convert them into like fractions 1st.

So,
-2/3=-2/3*6/6=-4/6

So a fraction between -2/3 and 1/2 can be -3/6, -2/6, -1/6, 0, 1/6, 2/6, 3/6
converting them into simplest forms..we get -1/2, -1/3,-1/6, 0, 1/6, 1/3,1/2...
