according to question ,
=> (x × 5/2)+2/3 = -7/2

=> 5x/2 = -7/2-2/3

=> 5x/2 = -7(3)-2(2)/6
=> 5x/2 = -21-4/6
=> 5x/2 = -25/6

=> x = -25/6 × 2/5
=> x = -5/3
