Let the numerator and denominator be x and y respectively.
Then, y = 2x
And (x+13)/(y+13) = 2/3
Thus, (x+13)/(2x+13) = 2/3
3(x+13) = 2(2x+13)
3x + 39 = 4x + 26
x =13
