x(5 \div 2) + (2 \div 3) =  - 7 \div 2
solving for x we get the rational number = -17/15

let he number be x
5/2x =+2/3x=-7/2
(15+4)/6x= -7/2
19/6x= -7/2
therefore, x=-7/2 * 6/19
                 x=-(21/19)
