angle of incidence=2A
from the figure:∠ MON=90-A
∠r=90-(90-A)
∠r= A
by snell's law
:
n=sin i/sinr
=sin2A/sinA
=2sinAcosA/sinA
=2CosA

∴Relation between n and A is n=2CosA
