v in liquid = 5 x 10(14) x 450 x10 (-9) = 2.25 x 10(8)
refractive index = v in liquid / v in air
v in air is 3 x 10(8) everyone knows this
r index = 2.25 x 10(8)/ 3 x 10(8)
= 3/4. = 0.75
