See dear , in que it is clearly mentioned that speed of light in medium B is is less than that of medium C , so , again we conclude that median B is more denser than medium C and so from B after entering into medium C the ray will move away from normal..and on entering from C to B it will bend towards normal.
I'm not discussing about medium A bcoz we don't have to focus on medium A according to que and medium A seems to be confusive..
