area \: of \: square =  {24}^{2}  = 576

area \: of \: rectangle = l \times b \\  576 = 36 \times b \\ b =  \frac{576}{36}  = 16

perimeter \: of \: rectangle = 2(16 + 36) \\  = 2 \times 52  \\  = 104m

Step-by-step explanation:

square area is 24^2=576

we know rectangle area=square area

then,

rectangle area=breadth×length

576=36×length

length =576/36

length =16

now square perimetre =4× a

=4×24

=96

and rectangle perimetre =2(breadth × length)

b =2×(24+16)

=80m
