A rectangle has dimensions 40 m x 25 m.
If the length and breadth are increased by

Length of rectangle after increase = (40*15%)+40 = 46 m

breadth of rectangle after increase  =(25*15%) + 25 = 28.75 m

Area  of rectangle after increase = 46 * 28.75 =1322.5 m^2

Difference in Area between initial & after increase  = 1322.5 -1000  = 322.5

% of increase =322.5/1000 *100 =32.25%
