A rectangle has its area equal to that of a square of side 80cm. If the breadth of the rectangle is 20 cm, find it length.

Area of Rectangle = Area of square

Area of square = Side×Side = (80×80)cm² = 6400cm²

Area of rectangle will also be 6400cm²

Breadth of rectangle = 20 cm

Length of rectangle = (6400/20)cm = 320cm
