perimeter = 2(l+b)
50 = 2(X+13+X)
50= 2(2x+13)
50= 4x+26
4x= 50-26
X = 24/4
X= 6.
hence breadth = 6 metres
and length X+13 = 6+13 = 19 metres.
area = length x breadth
19 x 6 = 114 meter^2.
