Area of rectangle = length × breadth= (3+√2)(5-√2)=17+2√2 m^2
(Hypotaneous)^2= (Base)^2 +(perpendicular)^2
Here perpendicular is diagonal so,
(3+√2)^2 + (5-√2)^2 = d^2
d^2=9+2+6√2 + 25 + 2-10√2
d^2=38-4√2
d=√(38-4√2)
(Hypotaneous)^2= (Base)^2 +(perpendicular)^2
Here perpendicular is diagonal so,
(3+√2)^2 + (5-√2)^2 = d^2
d^2=9+2+6√2 + 25 + 2-10√2
d^2=38-4√2
d=√(38-4√2)
