given that both the rectangles are similar
so,
perimeter of first rectangle=perimeter of second rectangle
=2(l+b)=2(l+b)
=2(40+20)=2(X+45)
=2*60=2x+90
=120=2x+90
=120-90=2x
=30=2x
=15=X
Therefore the length of the rectangle=15cm
