so it says to 1 decimal meaning that its rounded to 0.1, to get the ub or lb you divide 0.1 by = 0.05 which to find ub of 8.5 you add 0.05 = 8.55, ub of 10.7 is 10.7+0.05= 10.75.

to find perimeter: (2x10.75) + (2x8.55)= 38.6
