 \textbf {Hey there, here is the solution.}

.............................................................................................

let the width be x

Length = 2x

Form the equation:

Perimeter = 2(Length + Breadth)

150 = 2( x + 2x)

Solve x:

150 = 2( x + 2x)

Distribute 2:

150 = 2x + 4x

Combine like terms:

150 = 6x

Switch sides:

6x =150

Divide both sides by 6:

x = 25

Find the length and breadth:

Breadth = x = 25 units

Length = 2x = 2(25) = 50 units

Answer: The length is 50 units and the breadth is 25 units.

according to the question, the length is twice it's breadth.

let the breadth of the rectangle be x.

therefore it's length = 2x

the rectangular plot is fenced with 150 long wire. hence it's perimeter is 150 unit.

therefore 2 ( l + b ) = 150m
>> 2 ( 2x + 3x ) = 150m
>> 5x = 150/2
>> 5x = 75
>> x = 75/5
>> x = 15

hence, breadth of the rectangular plot = x = 15 units

and length of the rectangular plot = 2x = 2 × 15 = 30 units
