By using pythagrous thorem, we will get BD so i.e., root(5^(2)+12^(2)) which is eual to 13cm
here hypotenous is equal to diameter or double of radius
2R = 13
R= 13/2
so Area of blue shaded region is equal to [area of circle-area of rectangle]
[pi×R^(2) - l×b]
on solving this you will get your answer

= Area of Circle - Area of rectangle
= 132.7857 - 60
= 72.7857
= Area of Circle - Area of rectangle
