breadth = 378 cm
length = 525 cm
side of largest tile = hcf of 378 and 525 = 21
no of tiles = area of floor / area of one tile
= 378 x 525/ 21x21
= 450 tiles

"3.78 meters =378 cm = 2 × 3 × 3 × 3 × 7

5.25 meters=525 cm = 5 × 5 × 3 × 7

Hence common factors are 3 and 7

Hence LCM = 3 × 7 = 21

The other side of tile = 21

Number of times = area of rectangular tile/ are of square tiles

N = 378 * 525 / 21 ^2

N = 450 tiles.
