• Length of field = 200 m
• Breadth of field = 60 m
• width of path = 5 m

• Path forme a new rectangle
• Length = 200 + 10 = 210 m
• Breadth = 60 + 10 = 70 m

• ⇢ Area of bigger rectangle = 210 ×70
• ⇢ Area of bigger rectangle = 14700 m²

• ⇢ Area of field = 200×60
• ⇢ Area of field = 12000 m²

• 1⇢ Area of path = 14700 - 12000
• ⇢ Area of path = 2700 m²

• 2 ⇢ Cost of construction = 15 per m²
• ⇢ Cost of 2700 m² = 2700 × 15 = ₹ 40500
