Question is incomplete..
I think we have to find the taken by each cyclist.
_____________________________
Given:
L= 150m, B= 60m
Speed of 1st cyclist= 21m/min
Speed of 2nd cyclist = 28 m/mi
Distance travelled = perimeter of the field
Perimeter of the field = 2 ( L+ B)
= 2(150+60)= 2× 230= 460m
Distance travelled = 460 m
Time taken by 1st cyclist= distance / speed = 460/21 min
Time taken by 2nd cyclist = 460/28 min
_____________________________
Next time both the cyclists will meet at 460/7
( take Lcm of denominator 21 & 28 is 7)

Hope this will help you....
