Answer:

Given :

The length of the rectangular field = 72m

The breadth of the rectangular field = 58m

Speed of Amar per hour = 3km per hour

To do :

We have to find the time taken for 2 rounds.

Solution :

Perimeter of the rectangle  = 2(l + b)

 = 2(72 + 58)

 = 2 \times 130

 = 260

So , the distance coverd in one round = 260m

So, The distance covered in two rounds = 260 × 2 = 520m

Speed = 3km = 3000m \: per \: hour

Time \:  =  \frac{Distance}{Speed}

Time \:  =  \frac{520}{3000}

 = 0.173 \: hr

1 hour = 60 minutes

0.17 \: hr \:  = 0.17 \times 60 \\  = 10.4 \: minutes

Therefore, the time taken to cover 2 rounds is 10.4 minutes.
