breadth of field = 60 m

length of field left after path construction = 200 - 2*5.5= 189 m

breadth of field left after path construction = 60 - 2*5.5= 49 m

total area of path = area of total field - area of field left after path construction

= 200*60 - 189*49 = 2739 m^2

total cost of construction = path area * cost per m^2

= 2739*15 = 41085 rs
