Length * Breadth = Area of a rectangle

20 * Length = 680 square metre

Length = 680 / 20

Length = 34 m

Perimeter of rectangle is = 2 (L + B)

2 (34 + 20)

= 108 m

Remove the unwanted measure

i.e, 108 - 20

= 88 m

OR

Find,

(2 * 34) + 20

68 + 20

= 88 m

Hope it helpz
