The length of the garden =15m

the length of the garden including the path

= 15m+4m= 19m

and,

width of the garden = 10m

the width of the garden including the path

= 10m + 4m = 14m

so,

the perimeter of the garden along with the path =2(l+b)

= 2(19+14)

= 2 × 33

= 66m
