⇒Breadth of Rectangular plot = 74 m

⇒Area of Rectangular Plot = l x b = (125 x 74)m^2 = 9250 m^2

⇒Now, It has to level path 2.5 m all around it on the inside,

⇒Now, the grassy = length = (125-5)m = 120 m

⇒breadth = (74-5)m = 69 m

⇒area = (120x69)m^2 = 8280 m^2

⇒Area of Path = Area of Rectangular Plot - Area of Grassy

= (9250-8280)m^2 = 970 m^2

Hence, Cost of Levelling Path = Rs.(970 x 6.80) = Rs. 6596
