Breadth of plot = 60
Width of path = 2
Length of plot +path =75 + 2 =77
Breadth of plot + path = 60 +2=62

Area of rectangular plot = l×b
=75×60
=4500m^2

Area of plot +path = 77×62
=4774m^2

Area of path= 4774 -4500
=274m^2
Rate of construction = 125/m^2
Cost of construction = 125×274
=Rs 34250
