area of original garden = 90 * 75 = 6750 m2m2After path is added around rectangle, new length = 90 + 2*5 = 100 mnew breadth = 75 * 2*5 = 85 mArea of rectangle with path = 100 * 85 = 8500 m2m2So area of path = Area of rectangle with path - Area of rectangle without pathArea of path = 8500 - 6750 = 1750 m2

rectangular ground area = 150*130 = 19500m^2
now path made inside the rectangular ground so inner rectangle dimension

length= 150 -2*8 = 134
breadth = 130 -2*8 = 114
inner rectangle area = 134*114 = 15276 m^2

area of path = 19500- 15276 = 4224 m^2

achukolusaisrija: I am not understanding whose answer is correct
achukolusaisrija: someone have given me different answer
