Let l and b be the sides of rectangle which is 20cm and 14 cm respectively.

If we revolve the paper along its width, then-

b=circumference of the base=2πr

l=height of the cylinder=h=20 cm

If 2πr=14

So, r= 49/22

Volume of the cylinder=πr^2h

V=22/7×49/22×49/22×20

V=311.81 cm^3
