area of the rectangular park= 400m²
its length = 20m
let the breadth be b.
a/q               l*b= A
                 ⇒ 20*b= 400
                 ⇒ b= 400/20
                 ∴ b= 20
so the breadth is 20m.
its primeter= 2(l+b)
                  = 2(20+20)
                  = 2*40
                  = 80m
so its perimeter is 80m.
but it is not a rectangular park but square because its length and breadth is same.
