Answer: 131 m²

Step-by-step explanation:

Park= 40m*36m= 1440m²

Path parallel to the length of the park= 2m*40m= 80m²

Path parallel to the breadth of the park= 1.5m*36= 54m²

Place where both the paths meet= 2m*1.5m= 3m²

WHAT IS THE AREA OF THE PATHS ?

= Area of the path parallel to the length of the park + Area of the path parallel           to the breadth of the park - Area of the place where both the paths meet

= 80m² + 54m² - 3m²

= 131 m²
