for fencing the park we need the total perimeter of rectangle

P=2(L+B)

now  fencing at rs 40.50/m

$=214\times 40.50\\=8667$

next leveling the total park means area of park

A=L x B

putting the values we get

$A = 62 \times 45\\A =2790m^{2}$

now leveling at  5.50/sq m

$=2790\times 5.50\\=15345$

a) 8667 rupees

b) 15345 rupees
