since the area of sq. is 600 m^2
Path is in the inner side alongside perimeter
subtracting 1m from all sides L=28m , B=18m
Area without path = 28*18
=504m^2
Subtracting from intial area = 600-504
=96m^2
No. of bags = 96/4=24
Ans=>24 bags
