Length of rectangle = Circumference of Base of cylinder
= 11 cm

Breadth of rectangle = Height (h) of cylinder
= 4 cm

Let the radius be x

A/Q.

Circumference of circle = 11 cm

2Πr = 11 cm

⇒ 2 × 22 / 7 × x = 11

⇒ 44 / 7 × x = 11

⇒ x = 11 × 7 / 44

⇒ x = 7 / 4

Hence, radius (r) is 7 / 4 cm.

Volume of cylinder = Πr²h

= { 22 / 7 × 7 / 4 × 7 / 4 × 4 } cm³

= { 22 × 7 / 4 } cm³

= { 11 × 7 / 2 } cm³

= { 77 / 2 }cm³

≈ 38.5 cm³

Hence, the volume of cylinder is (77/2) cm³.

Hope it helps ツ

Using formula:-

Length of Recatange is equal to 11cm

Breadth = Henight = 4 cm

Let u be the radius:-

=2×22/7×y=11

=44/7×y=11

=y=11×7/44

=y=7/4

(7/4 is Radius)

πr²h is the volume of cylinder.

=22/7×7/4×4cm²

=22×7/4cm³

=11×7/2cm³

=77/2 cm³

=38.5 cm³

Answer= 77/2cm³
