length of wire needed = the perimeter of land

as we know perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

now 0.7 km=700m and 0.5 km = 500m

now perimeter = 2(700+500)

= 2(1200)

= 2400m

but we have to fence four rounds so the wire needed= 2400*4 = 9600m or 9.6 km

so the answer is 9600m or 9.6 km
