2 phi r= 11

r = 7/4

Volume = 22/7 x r^2 x h

=77/2 or 38.5

Hope its correct <3

l of rectangular paper= 11cm

b of rectangular paper= 4 cm

So; height of cylinder =4 cm

circumference of the base= 11cm

circumference = 2\pi \: r

11cm = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r \\  \\ 11 \times  \frac{7}{44}  = r \\  \\ r =   \frac{7}{4} cm

volume \: of \: cylinder = \pi \: r {}^{2} h \\

 =  \frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{7}{4}  \times  \frac{7}{4}  \times 4

 = 22 \times  \frac{7}{4}

 = 38.5

so.. \\ 38.5 \: cm {}^{3}

Hope it helped you☺☺
