Length = 11 cm

Breadth = 4 cm.

When the rectangle is converted into a cylindrical shape

Since the rectangle is rolled along it's width to make cylinder.

Height of cylinder = Width of rectangle = 4 cm

Let the radius of the cylinder be r

∴ Perimeter of the cylinder = length of the rectangle.

So by the formula of circumference circle

2\pi \: r

r=11

2×22/7×r=11

44/7×=11

r=11×7/44=7/4

Volume of cylinder =

\pi \: {r}^{2}

=22/7×7/4×7/4×4

=77/2=38.5cm³

Answer:

The answer is 38.5

Step-by-step explanation

First find the base of the cylinder

2πr

2πr = 11

2 x 22/7 x R = 11

R = 7/4 cm

Now, lets find the volume of the cylinder

π r^2 h

22/7 x 7/4 x 7/4 x 4

= 38.5 cm^3
